DiskBoss can help you manage your disk contents more efficiently. This tool has a nice user-friendly interface; yet, some users may still have difficulties to find their way due to the large number of features available. For those users, there’s excellent documentation available online, including video tutorials and PDF manuals. Luckily, it supports analyzing various types of disks, networked drives and even portable storage devices.

The tool includes advanced features that allow analyzing disk contents, detecting duplicates and synchronizing data between various locations. In this regard, the use of graphs is an excellent choice for you to visually perceive the distribution of your disk space by file types. Moreover, it can also have an impact on your privacy and security as it also erases traces and other types of junk data. Lastly, but most importantly, the application lets you automate your work. So, you can define a set of rules to apply to sorting disks contents, create user-defined commands as well as schedule various types of tasks and jobs.

In a few words, DiskBoss is an excellent disk management tool. It’s so versatile that you would probably need various other tools to cover the whole range of tasks it supports. Unfortunately, the free version does not allow doing them all. However, it’s a good idea to try it first, and, if you feel you need more, pay a few bucks for the whole package.
